Are breathalyzer results always reliable?

Breath test results are NOT always reliable and you can win a trial on a BT case. Hire a local, very reputable lawyer who is experienced in trying such cases.

Don't drink and drive. Yet, even after serving six months in jail, the "individual" did not learn that lesson. Therefore, I would think the person is a hardcore alcoholic.

My mother moved out of Michigan. She violated probation, how long can she sit in jail if to go back to Michigan?

If the only violation was the move out of state, her attorney can probably work out a fine and a dismissal of the balance of the probation "without improvement" or have probation changed to reporting by writing or to a local court in Missouri. Those arrangements have to be made in Michigan.
