What can I do if I had blood test done for DUI without a ticket issued?

Answered by attorney Steven M Dodge (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at The Law Office of Steven M. Dodge, PLLC
An OWI is a criminal matter so whether a ticket is issued is not important. The complaint is the legal document that initiates the action, not the ticket. As to how long this might take depends very much on the police agency and prosecuting attorney involved. In some jurisdictions you may already be in the clear. In others, these matters take more time.

If I am on probation for DUI and I blew .05 will probation officer arrest me at my next appointment?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Call my office, it depends on the terms of your probation bit, if they are normal you are on probation because you have promised not to drink at all during your probation. You have violated, and could be called before your next report date. You need an attorney.
