You took the alcosensor, and refused the breathalyzer. So, you are a refusal. As for the blood test was it performed within three hours of the vehicle stop? No, then you cannot use it.

You are an alcoholic. You blew a .22 (almost three times the legal limit) and you were fine to engage in all of these other activities. They took the blood test, because it is the most accurate. The first test was the alcosensor, which is just supposed to detect alcohol.
