I had a DUI in NJ in 2011 I was referred to intensive out patient by IRDC. CAn I substitute AA meetings for the treatment?

If low blood alcohol under .15% probably only a couple of days. You will have your Drivers' license suspended 1 year.

What if my wife and I are on vacation and we leave no alchol in the house but somehow our kids obtain it, have a party and someone gets injured.
