Should I fight this case or plead guilty if the blood test came back negative but I wasn’t able to give a urine sample?

It will mess up your future, because all DUI convictions mess up futures. If the officer testifies that he smelled marijuana and you admitted to being high and you were driving down the roadway in the wrong direction, that is enough for a jury to find you guilty of DUI.

How can I transfer a DUI case to another state?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
Unfortunately, no. Your case will be heard in the county where it occurred, a private lawyer can appear on your behalf but otherwise you must appear or a warrant will be issued if you, or a lawyer, do not appear at your arraignment.

What will happen if I was charged with DWI with Child under the age of 15?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Because of the presence of the children in the car, the potential sanctions and problems which you will face as a result of the DWI will be enhanced. I would suggest that you engage in attorney to defend yourself to the extent possible and minimize the damages.
