Would you be fined for being in a parked car, ignition was off, with no license and under the influence of marijuana?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
You can be more than fined. You can be charged with MIP (minor in possession). You can be charged with physical control. If some one actually saw you driving, you could be charged with DUI. All of these crimes carry with them, substantial fines. A DUI has mandatory jail time and loss of license.

What are the chances of getting my DUI reduced to reckless driving?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Nichols Law Firm PLLC
Reckless sounds more than reasonable on your part but perhaps you should hire a lawyer and look at the government's evidence first.

Can I be charged with DUI on prescription medication if I was given the wrong dosage?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
DUI/DWI lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
You may have a chance of successfully challenging the DUI. Hire a lawyer immediately. You can argue that you were "involuntarily intoxicated" since you did not knowingly take the wrong dosage. With a good lawyer, you might keep your record clean.
