Your blood alcohol concentration will be a .12. The legal limit is .08, so you are 50% over the limit.  You friend is not correct.  Whether it is high or not is relative, but it is high enough to convict you if proven at trial.

Can I bond out if I have no other holds?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
DUI/DWI lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
They will let you know if the Judge gave you a bond or not. It's public record. Just call a bail bonds company and see if you have bail set. If not, hire an attorney to get you a bail.

Hello

Answered by attorney Tristan Nicolas Legrande
DUI/DWI lawyer at LeGrande Law
You are taking the next right step - finding an attorney. I suggest reading client reviews, setting up some consultations with a few attorneys, and then hiring who you trust to defend you in your case. Make sure you come prepared for the consults: know your budget, expectations, and your case info before the appointments. Good luck.
