Am I liable for my husband's drunk driving case if the car is in my name?

No. The liability/responsibility is his. The courts cannot impound the car if it's not in the defendant's name.

What am I looking at on a felony DUI and child endangerment and should I take it to trial?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)

Once you are drinking and driving whatever happens, you meant it to happen. If you cannot take the six, go to trial. If you are found not guilty, you go home. If you are found guilty, then you will be gone for more than 10 years.

Very little will happen to you, but you will have to pay the impound and release fees to get your car back.
