How can I fight the DWI charge?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Since we do not have all the facts, it is impossible to give a completely accurate answer. Do you have an alibi as to where you were when this event occurred? Had you been drinking? If so, how much and for how long> What was your BAC level?

Can I beat or plead down from an aggravated DUI case?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
DUI/DWI lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
It can be won at trial. There is a good chance that it can be pled to a non-dui type offense with proper investigation and preparation I wonder if you did a blood test. If they suspected MJ or other drugs, it is likely that they requested a blood test. If so, I assume that you have not gotten the results yet. I have tried these cases with success. I am very familiar with the law and science on MJ in the blood etc.

I was convicted of a DWI in MI will that conviction show in AZ?

I am not really certain. An Arizona driver license attorney would probably know. Your OWI/IMPAIRED will show on your Michigan driving record, but people are always telling me that they believe 5 states or more do not share records. I have worked for about 5 people who have had two more more drunk drivings in Michigan and then have moved to Arizona and they are unable to get a driver's license because they have to obtain a Michigan Clearance, so I cannot verify that Arizona will not know, sounds like they do already. In fact, I am working on one person's case right now and he lives in Arizona. He has two drunk drivings and can't be licensed in Arizona until he goes through the cumbersome process of obtaining a Michigan clearance by proving he has not drank, does not go to bars, won't ever drink again, etc., so I believe that AZ will know.
