What does two minor in possession charge mean in my record? Can I expunge it and how much would the cost be?

Cost to do what? Expunge them? You have not gone to court to address them, so what are you looking to expunge? You are putting the cart before the horse. First, you have a drinking problem you need to get on top of. Second, you need to retain an attorney.

My attorney just passed away what will happen now?

You really have two issues. One is related to the retainer you paid to your attorney which will need to be addressed in reference to the attorney's estate. The second more pressing issue is related to the ongoing prosecution of your DUI case. A judge will likely be sympathetic to you and allow for some time for you to secure another attorney (unless there is another member of your attorney's office who can handle your case for you).

What is the purpose for a blood test and why can’t I use it in court?

Rely on your public defender, since s/he is best informed about your case. I'm not sure you heard him or her quite right, but there is probably more to this than meets the eye. Good Luck.
