It is possible that you can be charged at a later date and time for an incident that occurred earlier, however, as time goes on, the likelihood of such a scenario drops.

How much does it normally cost to defend a DUI?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
DUI/DWI lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
I don't think there is a "normal." Each attorney or law firm will set there own pricing. Many of us offer reasonable rates though. Feel free to contact as many as you like to find pricing.

Am I eligible to request a normal license if my DUI was 4 years ago?

The Driver Assessment and Appeal Division will not grant a full restoration without your having completed at least a year with the interlock. This answer assumes that your license was revoked because of more than one drunk driving conviction. If you were ordered to use the interlock for some other reason, I would need to know what that reason is before I can answer your question.
