All of those charges are misdemeanors and must be commenced within one year. However, the officer must actually observe a traffic violation so if charges are brought, you have good defense.

What will happen if I don't complete my court appointed assignments within 6 months?

You need to finish on the probation officer's timetable, because probation needs enough time remaining on your probation that IF you do not finish they can have you incarcerated for failure to finish. So, IT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE.

What happens if there is a 1st DUI as a minor and 2nd DUI as an Adult?

That's funny. So, now a 20 year old is a minor, is that right? So, if a 21 year old has sex with a 20 year old, the 21 year old will be charged with delinquency of a minor? Stop playing. This is your 2nd DUI as an adult. Your license will be suspended for even longer than it was the first time. And if you do not get on top of your drinking problem (you do have a drinking problem), then you will see a third DUI.
