What you wear in court really doesn't matter as long as you look presentable. In other words, no shorts, tank tops, cut-off jeans, etc. Good luck.

Could a first time DUI offender go to jail after pleading guilty with a BAC over .25?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
Most counties have work alternatives for first offenders, when your blood alcohol concentration exceeds .25 they may require some time in custody due to the high BAC. Remember, a first offense has a statutory maximum of 6 months in jail, it is rare that anyone gets the max or even close but the right facts increase likelihood for time in custody.

Can I get a restricted CDL if I was arrested and charged for DUI back in 2012 and convicted in 2014?

DMV controls your license. It sounds like your second DUI so it is a year suspension. Call the Sacramento office over your local branch. Sometimes the local branches don't know the correct info.
