How can I have my DUI drop to a reckless opp.?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)

If this is a California case, which seems unlikely, you have an excellent chance of beating your case under these facts. You should contact a DUI attorney to handle both the DMV and the court aspects of your case.

If it was a state charge, I doubt that the FBI would have any information on it. You could request a copy of your file through the freedom of information act.

It means that the judge was not satisfied with the prosecutors presentation and didn't believe there were enough facts to go ahead with the charge.
