It can be handled in most cases by an attorney in the state where you were suspended. We have successfully done that but need the details. All outstanding fines and costs have to be paid.

If I was charged with a DUI and I asked for a test and the officers would not give me one, what can I do?

If you mean you asked for an additional test of your own choosing after submitting to the implied consent testing procedure, then the police may have unlawfully interfered with your right to obtain an independent test. Contact an experienced DUI attorney for a more careful case review.

I'm on probation for a DUI and I have been pulled over 3 times for driving on a suspended license. When I go to court, will I get any jail time?

With three pull overs you should expect to go to jail. You know you should not be driving and you are still driving. So, the judge will respond in an adverse manner to your driving.
