IF you need hope, then it is possible. IF you are asking for info, then he will not get an OR bond on a felony hit and run.

Can I get the DUI charge reduced to wet reckless?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Hard to say. It will be up to the prosecuting attorney whether to accept a wet reckless. However, with a BAC of .102, it may be unlikely.

Is there a statue of limitations on being charged with a suspected DUI and haven't had to appear in court and it is almost 1 year?

The statute of limitations is not running. You explained that the attorney has appeared in court, correct? That means there is an indictment or accusation, which means that the statute of limitations has ceased to run. Your case is going forward. Your attorney has foolishly decided to save you some time and trouble by not having you appear, but you are the type of client that needs to appear at all court dates. Let your attorney know that you need to appear, and you will see your case is going forward, and statute of limitations is a non-issue.
