Can you be charged with a DUI if you are not driving?

Under Washington law, I do not think they could prove a DUI charge against you in those circumstaces.

Can I request for my probation to be amended and be shortened to 6 months?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
This doesn't sound like a California case, I have been defending DUI cases, exclusively, for over 16 years and I have never heard of a "visibly impaired" charge. That being written, many times you may request the court to modify your probation, if the court agrees with the grounds/reasons you cite for wanting to reduce the amount of time you are on probation, you may get an order shortening or even terminating probation.

Can I go to ACLU if the police and nurses won't let me use the bathroom? Where can I find a good DUI attorney?

You can call my office for a good DUIL attorney. As for the issue of them not allowing you to go to the bathroom facilities, that can be examined at that time.
