Can I turn myself into the jail BEFORE 12/14/2012 or is that my turn in date if I don’t sign up for work offender program?

That is your date to surrender to the work program. You would have to ask to add your case back onto the court calendar to modify the order. Call your attorney. You should probably get half time, on 16 days you would do 8 I am not clear if it was 16 days in addition or total. I f it was total l you have half of your time done so you would only have to do 4 more days in jail.

Any felony requires prison time staring at 16 months and up. That said due to realignment legislation a lot of felonies are being served in County Jail.
