No warrant. The court will just call your attorney or maybe the court will just arrest you the next time in court. You should tell your attorney immediately. And if no attorney, then you really are at that point where you need one.

Basically if you don't take it for any reason they can count it as a refusal. It would only be an Erdman issue if he coerced you into taking it. But you never took it right?
