You need to include more facts about the traffic stop and what the police report says about what you allegedly admitted to the police officer in order for an intelligent decision to be made.

How much does it cost to get a misdemeanor DUI expunged?

Answered by attorney Jenny D. Hubach
DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Office of Calvert & Hubach LLC
500.00 plus court costs. Must file a petition with criminal history attached then get a stipulation and order then send certified orders to all agencies with returns to be filed at the end.

Is there any statute of limitations for a DUI or can they wait 4 years to charge you with a DUI?

There is no statute of limitations problem. You were arrested in March and accused in November of the same year. You had a court date, and failed to appear. A warrant was issued. You then failed to contact the courts for 4 years. There is no statute problem. You sound funny.
