Hired Attorney Paul Perlstein

Took ERISA/COBRA case on contingency. I educated him on chapter & verse of the CFR. Seems as though his intent was to settle out of court & collect his money, but did an extremely inadequate job of representing me. Inconsistent with information and application of same. I was treated Shabbily at times and in the end, my interests were not represented. Most likely OK if you have large sums of money to give him, but do not look to him for contingency representation, due to lack of funds.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
