Callahan & Fusco, LLC is a law firm established in 2001 with an office in Doylestown, PA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing special education, education law, employment law and 12 other areas of law.
Beth Callahan was an excellent attorney and went far beyond what we could have hoped for in winning our case at the OAL & beyond vs a very nasty and horrible adversary. She listened carefully, was open to learning from us as well as educating us about what was possible under the law. I don’t think we could’ve survived what we went through without Beth Callahan. I am a claim manager for a third party administrator that deals with commercial claims for a large insurance company. We use Chris and his office in NY, NJ and PA. Chris and his firm deal with suits for Commercial Auto, General Liability including Products and Completed Operations, NY Labor Law Claims, and Public Entity Claims. We have assigned Chris and his firm over 400 law suits to defend. He has tried several cases to defense verdicts. He has tried million $+ cases. Chris wins many SJ's.
Unprofessional, disorganized, poor followthrough, difficult to reach. Repeatedly failed to follow through as promised. Extremely difficult to get the retainer refunded. Would not recommend.
Ineffective at representing our child's disability/special needs. In our experience, she lacked professionalism, was disorganized and was unresponsive. She overcommitted her services and completely underdelivered - my child received no support through her legal services and we paid $7500 in legal fees. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
Lacks professionalism and unresponsive to clients. Talks a good game, but lacks in execution. Working with her was extremely frustrating and a tremendous waste of time and financial resources.
Most completely unprofessional person I have met in a long time. Stay away.
