We have worked with Nancy a handful of times over the years and it is clear that she is a knowledgable and hard working attorney who is committed to her clients. Although probate can get complicated and sometimes take a long time Nancy maintains a composed approach to reach a favorable outcome for all parties.
My wife's cousin died without a will and left quite a substantial estate, I don't know how Nancy got involved with the Estate but she did somehow, even though my wife and I have been married for over 31 years Nancy says it's highly unethical for me to ask questions about it, my wife is not a lawyer, does not know the questions to ask, nor feels comfortable on the phone with her, I am dismissed like a child when I try to talk to her (Nancy), she feels that because she has been a Lawyer for 40 plus years she knows it all, what I do notice first hand is another comes as a professional representation of what I would expect as a Lawyer, such as letters sent on printed stationery, 15 pages of paper stuffed into a regular sized envelope that is ripped in shreds when you get it, an accounting system for assets, expenditures, payouts, billing time all accounted in a way that a majority of us learned in High School, she says that what the Judges want, I feel the heirs are being Gas Lighted.
