Hired Attorney Peter Agostini

I was injured in an accident with a commercial vehicle and had back surgery. Peter was aggressive and refused to settle the case until the entire insurance policy was paid. He sent a strong message to the insurance company that he would bring the case to trial rather than take less. He took a personal interest in me by securing a structured annuity settlement so my money would grow until I reached age 62. Peter is trustworthy, smart and cares about his clients and I highly recommend his services.

Hired Attorney Peter Agostini

I was attacked and biten by dogs and Peter convincingly proved the severity of my physical injuries and my emotional pain and suffering. He discovered that there was a history of prior attacks by one of the dogs and that the owner had failed to properly license it, which forced the insurance company to pay a significant settlement of the case without a trial, although it was clear that Peter was ready, willing and able to go to trial. I am very happy with his services and I highly recommend him
