Johnston, Hinesley, Flowers, Clenney, and Turner, P.C. was founded in 1978 as the first law firm specializing in tax law in southeast Alabama. We represent a broad spectrum of individuals, entrepreneurs and commercial and industrial entities. Our firm has intentionally limited the focus of our offered services to business and tax-related matters and individual tax and asset planning. We have offered counsel to multi-national conglomerates as well as domestic and foreign corporations. We are capable of providing and have provided legal services to clients on a variety of complex business transactions. Our attorneys have extensive experience in the areas of individual and corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, corporate law and other business-related areas. Our firm has acted as bond counsel on tax exempt bonds for industrial development projects as well as municipal tax exempt issues.
