I am extremely disappointed with my experience acting as POA while working with Stephen and his firm. Throughout the process, I observed what I believe to be a significant lack of professionalism and accountability. After the firm was retained and paid a substantial fee, the level of effort and thoroughness did not align with what had been represented. Certain filings appeared incomplete, and communication was frequently difficult, unproductive, or at times unavailable altogether. There is also an unresolved issue involving funds that, in my view, were not earned but have been retained by the firm and placed into a court interpleader. Efforts to resolve this matter have been ongoing and frustrating. Additionally, documents requiring service have repeatedly been sent to an incorrect address, resulting in continued delays involving more than $80,000. I can't warn people enough to steer clear of this firm!

My interactions with his partner, Stephen E., were similarly challenging. I found both attorneys to be uncooperative and shady.
