Hired Attorney Kevin O'Toole

Worst of the worst. While consul for the Town of Arlington he conspired with town officials to extort seasonal campsite owners in the town to pay an additional land tax on land we don't own and we already pay a land tax to the campground who pays almost $18,000 dollars a year in tax already. After almost 13 years the stole my camper from Camping on the Battenkill. The "system" is not helpful to out of state campers. I will continue to fight for everyone who is still letting these bullies illegally take their money.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
