Hired Attorney Diego Mendez

Me and my wife are late on our mortgage and we were unable to catch up with the bank. We met this attorney and he recommended a chapter 13 case. We filed our bankruptcy and now we are on track in to paying back what we owe. We also are getting rid of about $60,000 in credit card debt.

Hired Attorney Diego Mendez

My husband and I lost our jobs a couple months before this coronavirus crisis. We fell behind on our rent and we were unable to pay. This attorney advised us to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy and now we are back on track and paying the landlord what we owe them and staying in her home. This attorney has been a lifesaver. I highly recommend him

I moved to Miami a few years ago after I graduated from graduate school in Pennsylvania. I was overwhelmed with credit card and student loan payments. I could not pay my rent and I cannot pay my car. I heard this a trucking to do with my credit cards and he also lowered my student loan payment significantly. Now I can afford my life. I highly recommend this attorney. Great price his staff is all so amazing.
