What can I do if my ex husband was ordered to pay me $100 a week for alimony and he failed to do so?

Generally speaking, there is a 30-day window for payments to be made without being considered delinquent. So two weeks or so would not qualify as contempt.

What am I entitled if I get a divorce?

Mandy J. McKellar

You are entitled to your community property share of the assets. This would include any retirement accounts earned during the marriage. You may also have a claim for alimony, child support, etc. With the length of marriage it may be best to consult with a divorce attorney.
