Can my ex have our judgment modified to prevent me from having guest?

Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
Probably not, but it kind of depends on the situation. If your guest is someone new every night, then maybe yes, because your child could be in danger. If the guest is a long term boyfriend, then less likely.

What can I do to get my things and can he just kick me out?

File for divorce, seek temporary orders for support, payment of the bills and use of the property, along with injunctions. Upon final order you should get a share of the equity in the house and his retirement.

Do I only get half until day we divorced or does it accumulate interest or get half of all retirement when she retires?

Divorce lawyer at Reger Rizzo & Darnall, LLP
Normally it is at the date of divorce. You should make sure there is a QDRO in place though. If she retires and no QDRO you can be out of luck.
