What is my recourse for paying child support and alimony if she does not reside with the children?

Seems like you should contact an attorney and arrange to file a motion with a Judge to get some assistance from the court. The Judge should be made aware of this situation so he or she can make some changes in the status quo that would be in the best interests of the children. For example, if the child support money is not going to the grandparents for the benefit of the children but instead is being used for the benefit of the mother then a Judge would want to know about it.

How can i contest a judge's decision of a reconsideration motion to pay ex wife's attorney fees based on a fee shifting clause in my MSA...?

Answered by attorney Bari Zell Weinberger
Divorce lawyer at Weinberger Divorce Family Law Group, LLC
Thank you for your question. You can always appeal a decision by the court if you are unhappy and there was an error in the Judge’s decision.  To help you understand your rights and options, I encouarge you to schedule an attorney consultation.

Do I have to pay my attorney for winning a judgment in court though I never received the money on the judgment?

If you agreed to pay whatever bill he charged you owe the money. You only can get out of it if it was contingent on the actual collection of the money. But if you do not have assets or money you can't pay it anyway.
