If we file divorce after almost 4 months of marriage, do I qualify for the 50/50?

While certain general principles regarding equitable distribution (50-50) may apply to your case, it is rather unlikely that a court will award you an interest in his house, annuities, money market accounts, etc., after four (4) months of marriage. If you contributed nothing to the purchase of the truck, you're unlikely to be able to keep it after only four (4) months of marriage, either. You're strongest claim, in my opinion, has to do with giving away your furniture to make room for his, though you'd only receive a credit for it's fair market value, not replacement cost. Consult with an attorney to discuss the specifics of your situation and your options.

Just being in jail does not cause a forfeiture of divorce rights. He can participate but its very difficult.

If my spouse filed a divorce in one county can I file my paper work in another county?

You could, but generally the first to the courthouse gets priority. Your only argument is that the venue is wrong if you both live in the same county and he filed in the wrong one. But if he lives where he filed, chances are it will stay there.
