Answered by attorney Barbara Peyton (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Peyton & Associates
You are still married. You will not be divorced until one of you files papers to get it accomplished. It will take six months from the date the other side is served with divorce papers for it to be final. Good luck.

Answered by attorney Jack Berner

If you reside in Western Washington, feel free to call me to schedule a free initial consultation-either in person or by phone-about your situation. Depends on how and by whom the gifts were received and what happened to them.

She is entitled to one-half of all payments made on the condo during marriage so long as those payments were made from earnings and not from gifts or inheritances.
