If you are satisfied with your attorney in every other way, I would recommend that you simply state the obvious: you are concerned about the billing of those two incidents. Some attorneys do charge a minimum for every contact and if that is the case it should be in your contract or letter agreement.

If you disagree with the child support and alimony that has to be paid, you can make application to the court indicating that your circumstances have changed, and seek to get it reduced.  the child support is going ot be based on the number nights the child stays with you versus your ex and how much each of you makes.

It sounds like it would be relatively simple to get you divorced, but there are some very confusing forms for lay people to fill out which are required before a divorce can be entered. If you do not have the financial wherewithal to pay court fees or retain a family law attorney to help you, I would urge you to contact the local bar association or Superior Court and ask if they have a self-help center that they can direct you to who can help.
