Does my wife have any access to my inheritance during a divorce? How?

Answered by attorney Dean Michael Esposito
Divorce lawyer at Esposito Law Firm
No she does not, it is your separate property. However, you should not commingle it with community property as you may lose it. For instance, if you inherit money, do not put it in a community bank account.

She is obviously withdrawing because you have not paid the bill. That's not expensive for a divorce, even a simple one. You should sign a substitution of attorney so she does not have to go to court for a withdrawal. You will probably owe her for her time to go to court, the filing fee and the paperwork because it was only necessary because you did not sign a substitution.

What can I do if I married a scam artist?

Talk to an attorney about whether to file for divorce or a nullity. Sounds like fraud. If your stuff is in Missouri you may have to seek police help once the items have been confirmed by the court as your separate property. If you manage a nullity there was no marriage and you are protected from debts she ran up during the marriage.
