I will not read w/o compensation though that bulk given your question. Check the Court's file to see if the divorce action has been dismissed. If not, and if there is no final divorce decree, you can get assistance from the Family Law Facilitator at your Courthouse for free or hire an attorney to complete the case to Judgment.

There is no statute of limitations on property division as part of a divorce decree, but there is something called Laches, which may prevent you from receiving funds based upon unreasonable delay. You should contact an attorney for a more thorough analysis of your case.

What can I do if my ex is not paying me my spousal support?

If you have a Court Order for Spousal Support, then you can file for Contempt of Court due to his non-payment of the court ordered support. If you just separated and don't have court orders yet, you need to file a Request for Orders for Spousal Support and wait for your court hearing for the Judge to determine if there should be support ordered and how much.
