What do I do if I agreed to allow my ex-wife on my insurance until 2016 but the divorce papers came back with no mention of this on the agreement?

First, your decree supersedes all prior agreements. So if it's not in the decree, you don't have to do it. Second, you can't keep her on your employer provided insurance after a divorce. So the agreement, even if it were in the decree, would be invalid.

You need to file for divorce include a request for a hearing on child custody so you can see your child. If you have some time your support should be reduced.

What is the first thing to do to get divorced?

You can start the process, but not finish it, until you have the child. You can work on a dissolution, where you both agree to everything before going to court, or you can immediately file for divorce. You really need to consult a local attorney.
