The answers to all your questions lie in the divorce decree/property settlement. He is not entitled to forge your name. You should immediately write to the company or entity to which he gave the forged document and make them aware of the fact. Also call the county prosecutor's office and make an appointment to show them the forgery etc.

She can divorce you. You need to file for custody and a move away if you want to take the kids overseas. Calpers is yours. Social security belongs to the earner, so it's yours. Depending on income she may get alimony and child support from you. You can't take kids overseas without court's permission or her agreement.

Could a divorce be final without a denial of paternity signed

Answered by attorney Renea Overstreet
Divorce lawyer at The Overstreet Law Firm
The final decree will either name him as the father or some other man as the father. His signature may not be necessary depending on the circumstances and the Court. Was DNA testing done? What county are you in?
