File for divorce and spousal and child support. See an attorney. No one gives you permission to date. It's up to you. But you may want to at least file for divorce and serve him.

Anything attached to the ground is part of the real estate and title to it goes with the house. If it is not attached, it is not part of the real estate. I suggest you contact the mortgage holder and request permission to remove the building.

Will a man still be responsible for a child support even if it's not his?

Peter David Ticktin

Probably not. If there was not yet a child support order in place prior to the DNA test, the Court will not likely issue one now. If there was a child support order already in place, and your husband has now learned that he is not the father by virtue of the DNA test, he would have good grounds to petition the court to disestablish paternity and terminate child support.
