After a divorce can one of the party refuse to go to short sale

You can refuse, but its possible that the other party gets a court order to do the short sale without your consent.

I want to get divorce not in love anymore but she's willing to sign the papers what I have to do?

I think this is the same question - you can find the documents you need either at the county court house in the county in which you live - they will give you printed copies, or online on the New Jersey Judiciary website.  The packet will explain what needs to be filed, and what needs to be signed.
