Is there a way to enforce our divorce agreement? How?

Go back to court and ask them to enforce the Judgment. Sometimes, just serving her with your papers and notice of a court date (also requesting she pay your attorney fees) will motivate her to do something.

How I get a divorce for less?

Answered by attorney John E. Kirchner (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at John E. Kirchner
IT does not appear you live in Colorado or you don't understand what your lawyer has said because there isn't any difference between contested and uncontested for filing the divorce. Contested means that it will be necessary to have a trial for a judge to make decisions about the things you and your spouse cannot agree upon. Trials take much more time and effort by the attorney. So, the only way to avoid that extra cost is to get serious about reaching a workable agreement, try to represent yourself, or find another attorney who will do it for less.

If a married couple violates a judge's restraining order, can there be legal ramifications for that violation?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
Most likely the compliance with the restraining order is required under the contempt powers of the court, which means that a party who violates it could be subject to up to six months in the county jail. But that is just the civil side, and there might be a criminal prosecution as well. That could result in up to a year in the county jail. I do not know enough from what you have written here, and would need to read the restraining order, at the very least.
