What rights does she have to make him pay?

She already has an attorney who knows much more than you have told me. She should ask her own attorney. That person is in a much better position, already knowing all of the facts, than I am. If someone moves to another state in the middle of a court case, that person will probably lose.

While we're still married, does he have to give me any support?

In Colorado he is legally responsible for supporting you, but until there is as court order defining what his specific obligation is he doesn't have to do anything. You need to file for a divorce so that his obligation can be decided.

Does violating the divorce documents nullify the action?

It doesn't nullify the documents. It requires that the two of you return to court or mediation to figure out where the kids should go to school. Good luck.
