How do I get a copy of my marriage and divorce decree without paying $85 plus each?

Generally, in most cases a final judgment of dissolution of marriage is two or three pages when uncontested, or could be as many as twenty pages or more if resulting from a contested trial. Even so, most clerks offices are charging $1 to $1.50 per page, and a few dollars more to certify the copy, which is unlikely to reach $85, unless you are trying to get a copy of the settlement agreement, too, the cost of which will depend upon the number of pages. In some instances, if you qualify as "indigent," you may be able to obtain the copies at little or no cost to you. Check with the clerk's office in question to see if you qualify and if so, how to go about it.

What can be done if I entered into an underage marriage where her father had signed but does not have legal rights?

Please go directly to an attorney who can ask the questions that need to be answered for a correct answer on this. If you have the money to get married and the money to risk having a baby then you have the money to be a responsible member of society and hire a lawyer. It appears, by the way, that you are not legally married, and perhaps are having sex with a minor. You are in potential legal danger.

Do I have to appear in court if I live over 400 miles away?

You should also review Sections 92.142(1) and 92.151, Florida Statutes. Witnesses in civil cases are entitled to a witness fee of $5.00 per day of actual attendance, plus $0.06 per mile of actual distance traveled to and from the court. Witness subpoenas issued in civil cases must be complied with, just like in criminal cases. As a practical matter, you should contact the attorney that issued the subpoena, or their client if you know them, and explain the financial hardship associated with your attendance. There are alternatives to your personal appearance that may serve their purpose nearly as well. This may include, but not be limited to taking your video deposition, regular deposition, obtaining leave of court (and consent of opposing counsel) for you to testify live via telephone, Skype, or video link, among others things.
