My wife and I have been seperated for a year. I live in Virginia she is living in our house in Mt. Laurel NJ

You should try to put your agreement in writing, and both sign it.  You can always file for no fault divorce, and attach the agreement to the complaint for divorce to show that everything is already distributed and decided.  You can go to the NJ Judiciary website and look for the pro se(representing yourself) forms for family law and matrimonial cases. Good luck !

You can obtain the divorce in without your spouse being present. The marriage will be dissolved, but the financial issues may remain unresolved. However, at least the marriage will be ended.

If I get a divorce after a long term marriage, what are my rights?

You are going to need a very good divorce attorney. You are entitled to, for starters, half of the accumulation of assets during the marriage. Yours is also a very strong case for spousal support, which could approach half of his income. His Porsche and "none of your business" will be assets in your divorce arguments. If you have an attorney, get your answers there, if you do not call for an appointment. You will not get your "fair share" without an attorney in these circumstances.
