Very doubtful as he was actually personally served. Bring the error to the courts attention and for your own sake, engage an attorney before you get yourself into real trouble.

Going through divorce, my name alone is on the deed of the house, does my husband get half?

Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock
Answered by attorney Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Mackoy, Hernandez, Jones and Woods LLP
Your question doesn't include enough facts to give you an answer. If it was purchased during the marriage, it is community property and jointly owned. If it was purchased prior to the marriage, it is separate property and belongs to only. I suggest you hire a lawyer.

What are the procedures for uncontested divorce?

Answered by attorney Monica H. Donaldson Stewart
Divorce lawyer at Donaldson Stewart, P.C.
The steps/cost depend on whether you are wanting to file the paperwork yourself or whether you are wanting to have a lawyer draft the documents for you. I won't speak for what other attorneys might charge; however, whether you are represented or not, the court will charge filing fees (in Maricopa County) of $321 for the Petitioner and $256 for the Respondent. I recommend you consult with an attorney to discuss this matter in greater detail.
