Can my ex wife submit a counter offer to our realtor to a possible buyer without my consent?

It depends on what the Judgement of Divorce says. if your ex is going to get proceeds from the sale of the home, it is possible that she has some say in the process. You should consult with an attorney and review the Judgment to fully protect and understand your rights and obligations.

How many years of separation from a marriage justifies dating?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
His dating is entirely irrelevant to any likely issue in a divorce. Wisconsin divorce is 'no-fault.' If you have been separated this long, and he is dating, it might be time for you also to start your new life but concluding a divorce.

If I’m married and divorced in another state after 23 years of marriage, how do I enforce continued payment of alimony?

Answered by attorney Robert Edward McCall (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Law Office of Robert E. McCall
If you are living in Florida and were awarded alimony from another state you can either file a Motion to Enforce in the original state, or domesticate the out of state Judgment in Florida and have the Florida Judge enforce the Judgment. You probably need an attorney.
