Is there any way to have support alimony awarded to me?

No maintenance can't be reopened after a divorce (unless your decree specifically allowed for that possibility). Also inheritance is not marital; however, it can be used to calculate child support.

Without knowing more of the facts, this question is hard to answer. Alimony depends upon a number of factors and he might have to provide you with it if the circumstances warrant it.

Do I have to wait for their divorce process to be finalized before we can annul our marriage?

If you were married to him at a time that he was still married, the marriage can be annulled. The cost is usually the same to hire an attorney as a divorce. Consult with a local attorney. It will cost much less if everything is agreed upon.
