I would need more facts to form an opinion as there are a number of special circumstances that take this case out of the ordinary. You need a good attorney and a though review. I might appear to be costly but, given your position, an error will compound for years - if not for the rest of your life.

Basically, he can do whatever you let him do. The correct question is what can you do about it and the answer to that question is that you need to file for divorce and get his financial obligations to you established by a court. If you don't start a divorce case, there is nothing you can do to keep him from doing whatever he pleases.
