How can you find current and prior cases that an attorney is of record?

Ask the clerk of court if this can be done. For a while, I could see all of my previous court cases on the clerk's website locally, but that was only for this county, and I have had many, many cases in other counties.

Should I get an annulment or a divorce?

Answered by attorney Loren Paul Zahn (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Zahn Law Office
Your message doesn't state the reason you believe you are entitled to an annulment. In California, you are only able to annul your marriage for specific reasons. The fact that someone is an addict is not in an of itself reason for the court to grant an annulment. In most instances, divorce is the appropriate way to end the marriage. Consulting an attorney is important if you wish to look into annulment as an option, to determine if you have the grounds for seeking one.

I consented to a divorce agreement with spousal support that I cannot now afford how may I get it changed?

Divorce lawyer at Law Offices of Eugene Lumberg and Eric S. Lumberg
If there is a consent judgment that contains the provision for spousal support, this award may or may not be modifiable. The language speaks for itself. You may be able to set aside the entire judgment if you can prove that it was not consistent to what was placed on the record, misrepresented the settlement or was fraudulent.
