How much is a no fault divorce?

ALL divorces in California are no-fault (California is a no fault case, you do not need to show who is at fault for the divorce). The court filing fee is currently $435.00. Attorney fees depend on the extent of time spent on the case, how much is disputed, and how much there is to settle (child custody, child visitation, child support, spousal support, division of all assets, division of retirement accounts, division of all debts, determination of community vs. separate property, determination of reimbursement issues, etc.

Where would I file for my divorce?

You are never required to have an attorney but it can be helpful. As for where to file, you can file in the county where you live. So long as he will accept service, it should be a fairly easy and straightforward case.

That is an extremely complicated question. I suggest you consult with a family law attorney as soon as possible. There are a number of factors considered by the Court in making a determination of spousal support.
